Privacy Policy

Introduction

This is the Privacy- and Cookie policy ('policy') that is used by Stichting Orisun ('Orisun'), registered in the Ducth chamber of commerce under the registration number 69806349. Orisun can be reached using info@orisun.nl. This policy consists of two parts; (A) the processing of perosonal data and (B) the use of Cookies. The first part of this policy (A) services as a means to communicate for which purposes data that from which natural persons could be identified are processed by Orisun on the Sidewalk Hustle website; sidewalk.orisun.nl ('event site'). Orisun is the 'data processor' as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') for this policy unless stated otherwise. The second part of this policy (B) serves as a means to inform about the usage of cookies and similar technologies used on the event site.

A - The processing of personal data

Orisun processes personal data when you sign up for an account on the event site when filling out the form. The collected personal data consists of:

• First Name
• Occupation and/or indicated intrest in the event
• Email

The processing of personal data is necessary to ensure the interests of Orisun which include; analysing interest in the event and scouting potential musical talent. The interests of Orisun are deemed invalid upon the discovery that the fundamental rights and freedom of an individual bears more weight, i.e. an account is held by a user that is considered a minor by law in their country of recidence. Orisun will always ask for your consent to process this data before account creation.

The collected personal data will be used for the following purposes:

• Analytics to improve Orisun's marketing and services
• Research to meassure (an individuals behaviour within) the cultural scene in area's in which Orisun operates
• Scouting musical and creative talent that could benefit from Orisun's services
• Promotion of the specific individual at Orisun events or through electronic means when given the explicit consent to do so
• Securing your account and allowing for access to all parts of the event site

Orisun will store personal data in a secure way as required by the GDPR. Data will be stored for at least five years archival and research purposes unless a request for data deletion has been sent (see: XXX). Orisun will not use collected data for retargeted marketing purposes unless the creator of the accounts has given explicit consent to do so after request.

It could be that third parties gain access to your personal data to improve your personal data and expand Orisun's services to achieve the goals mentioned earlier within this policy. This can happen when Orisun has the legal obligation to share personal data, when Orisun is involved in a partnership in which raw personal data behind our research is requested or when Orisun is acquired. Orisun will notify account holders when third parties are granted access or data is transfered to a third party.

As a visitor and account holder you have the following rights:

• The right to request the data processor to provide access to your personal data
• The right to request the data processor to correct your personal data
• The right to request the data processor to remove your personal data
• The right to request the data processor to restrict the amount of personal data that is processed
• The right to object data processing by the data processor
• The right to object to a data tranfer to a third party
• The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
